各家酒店集團每年都會調整一次積分兌換級別，Marriott 萬豪新公布了 2020 年度的級別調整，將在 3/4 開始生效，不幸的是今年大城市貶值嚴重，可以說是近年最差的一次調整。
Marriott 萬豪 2020 年酒店級別調整
今年的萬豪的調整力度很大，有 2,185 家酒店改變了等級，大概占 29%，其中
- 499 家，7% 酒店降低等級
- 1,686 家，22% 酒店提高了等級
相比去年只有 380 家，大概 5% 的酒店調整等級。
目前積分兌換表格沒有調整，還是從 Category 1 級別酒店標準兌換 7,500 分，到 Category 8 級別酒店標準兌換 85,000 分。
尤其值得注意的是 Category 5（35k 積分每晚）到 Category 6（50k 積分每晚）的酒店，意味着 Marriott 聯名卡送的年度 35k 積分免房住不了。
現行的酒店級別可以使用到 3 月 3 日，3 月 4 日之後預訂就要用新的標準了，來看幾個比較大的城市的情況。
紐約
紐約的酒店在這次調整過後，集體淪陷，全部升級。
去年的調整里，紐約只有三家從 Category 5 調整到 Category 6。

北京的酒店級別幾乎沒有變化，上海除了衡山路 12 號降級還有幾家從 Cat 3 -> Cat 4 倒是不影響使用免房券。
大家喜歡的廣州天河 Aloft Cat 2 升級到 Cat 3，廣州威斯汀 從 Cat 4 -> Cat 5。

台灣
台灣地區還算不錯，喜來登 Sheraton Grand Taipei Hotel 和萬豪 Taipei Marriott Hotel 都從 Cat 5 降到 Cat 4，有機會用 25k 免房券了，話說最近很火的的《想見你》女主柯佳嬿的婚禮就是在台北萬豪舉辦的。
台北六福萬怡 Courtyard Taipei 繼從去年從 Cat 2 上調到 Cat 3，今年又漲到了 Cat 4。
宜蘭威斯汀從 Cat 4 漲到了 Cat 5，台北艾美、W 飯店級別沒有變化。

總結
繼萬豪和喜達屋合併之後，萬豪就在貶值的路上飛奔了，去年 9 月開始了淡旺季表格，Category 8 酒店最高需要 10 萬積分兌換一晚，讓人差點忘了 2018 年時候最高級別酒店還只要 6 萬積分兌換。
今年的調整 3 月 4 日開始生效，之前還可以按照老的 rate 預定，有已經定下來旅行，不妨提前查一下，尤其如果有 35k 和 50k 積分免房券需要用的情況。
